This particular model of Silverwave is something of an oddity. Being within the Silverware line, it has superior waterproofing utilizing a a screwdown caseback and screw down crown. Unexpectedly, it appears to be housed within a helmet style case similar to the chronograph “Darth Vador Helmet” 6139 from the Sports line, but without pushers. Further, the movement is a 6306 often found in either an oyster case with conservative baton dial, something suitable for the office, or the venerable 3rd diver. Even its alphanumeric case ID 806A, is very much it’s thing. What’s more is this model doesn’t come up often on the secondary market and this particular example has a nearly perfect dial, hands and chapter ring. The case has a good ammount of wear yet still has a clean profile from case to bezel to crystal.
